Kakegawa Grand Hotel

the hotel is an excellent choice for the Kakegawa tea region. It’s close to the Shinkansen train station, we rented 2 bikes for cycling through tea fields and when we forgot something they even sent it to us to Tokyo! Very friendly staff!

The location was great, close to the station. Room seemed clean. Staff was nice.

Clean and nice

While the location of this hotel is very convenient, the hotel itself feels a bit outdated. The rooms are comfortable and clean but the appliances could use some renovation. Breakfast was good, and the personnel very kind as is customary in Japan.
